DESCRIPTION

Featuring the latest LED technology, the Hurtta Polar Led Light is a high-quality, high-visibility light with minimal weight. The light can be attached securely to Hurtta compatible products with a unique, easy-to-use fastening mechanism. With a  specially designed lens and the latest in LED technology the light is visible for up to three kilometers. The Hurtta Polar Led Light is waterproof to 100 meters and endures extreme temperatures from +50°C up to -40°C. The light easily adjusts from constant to flashing mode. The LED light is economical, a single battery lasting for up to 250 hours.

Data Controller

The data controller is On Site S.r.l.u., based in Via Nazionale 5 23012 in Castione Andevenno (SO), Italy

Purpose of processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:

Purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party, or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party;

Purposes related to the obligations deriving from laws and regulations, as well as from instructions given by authorities legitimated by the law and by supervisory and control bodies;

Marketing purposes where the user has expressed specific and free consent (art.7)

Recipients, or any categories of recipients, of personal data

For the performance of a part of its activities, On Site S.r.l.u. relies on external parties. For this reason, the data can be communicated to:

Subjects who perform the work necessary for the execution of the request of the interested party;
Subjects who control and optimise the activities of On Site S.r.l.u., such as technical partners, auditing firms and business consultants;

The aforementioned subjects will use the data in a responsible manner and pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR. The list of external subjects is available at the headquarters of On Site S.r.l.u.

Data transfer to a third country

Data processing is performed within the European Union.

Data retention period

The data will be kept for the minimum period of time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and in compliance with current regulations. In particular:

The data with accounting and fiscal relevance will be kept for 10 years from the date of the accounting document;

The data processed for other purposes will be stored for 24 months from the execution of the contract and/or service requested.

At the end of the aforementioned time periods, the data will be deleted or made anonymous if deletion is not possible.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to ask the data controller to access their personal data (art.15), to correct the date (art.16), delete/anonymie the date (art.17), or limit its processing (art. 18). The controller also has the right to oppose their processing and to request their portability, where technically possible.

In the event that the person concerned has expressed free and specific consent to the processing of their data for marketing purposes, he/she may at any time exercise his/her right to revoke such consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent initially given.

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Communication of data

The communication of data is necessary for the conclusion of the purchase contract and/or for the provision of the requested service. Failure to provide data will imply the rejection of the request.

Categories of personal data

The data processed are of biographical, fiscal, communication and availability nature. The data referred to in Art. 9 of the GDPR (special categories of personal data) are not subject to processing.

Additional details

The On Site Srlu portals and applications do not acquire personal data independently. Data must always be provided by the interested party.

The use of automated decision-making processes, including the profiling referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR, is not envisaged.
